Hampton harbour view

This picture was sent to us by web visitor Paul Harmon who found it at a yard sale. We are wondering if this wharf is where the present one is or is one further West on the beach where you can occasionally see stumps of the old pilings poking through the rocks. We are also curious as to the cottage that you can see on the bluff. Feel free to comment!

The bay is magnificent and powerful! wow! This is definately an old photo, I’m curious about the year. Definately the same wharf, however it is an old photo as the big boulders are not there. And you can see the other wharf to the right under that tremendous wave. Yee-Gads!! Great photo to share!!
These photos are a treasure for sure. One of the elders in the community would most likely be able to identify the exact location of wharf. Thanks for sharing!
